Tripledot Studios has acquired mobile entertainment company Live Play Mobile. The amount was not disclosed.
Live Play Mobile is a team of 50 people based in four offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, and Europe. The company is best known for its Live Play Bingo app, which streams over 30 game shows 24 hours a day.
As a result of the acquisition, Live Play Mobile will continue to operate as an independent company, with founder and CEO Stuart Lewis-Smith and chief commercial officer Jeremy Camara retaining their positions.
